For the month of April I decided to join Sophia from mygreatchallenge.blogspot.com on her decluttering challenge. Each day for thirty days you have to get rid of one bag of stuff in your home. The bag size doesn't matter, it really depends on the person, the bag can either be donated or thrown away. I personally have done four grocery store bags and two garbage bags worth of things.
I donated one and the rest were put in the garbage. It really does feel nice to get rid of some of the clutter that has accumulated in my home.
I decided to join her challenge after watching her video on YouTube. I thought it would be good to get rid of some stuff since cleaning has become much more  a chore for me since having my daughter.
I also thought that this challenge could help start my Spring cleaning that I do every year around this time. So far I have been enjoying every bit. I also enjoy watching her (Sophia) as she goes through her home and gets rid of things. She always gets me motivated, especially when it comes to cleaning.
I would say to anyone who feels that they have to much stuff throughout their home and just can't find the motivation to declutter and get organized to join in on the challenge. It doesn't matter what day you start on, just do it for the next thirty days (or more if you want).
Once again I hope you have a wonderful day and I hope you continue to join me down my glitter pink road.
